Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements The responsibilities and duties section is the most important part of the job description: \xc2\xb7 Balance and maintain accurate ledgers \xc2\xb7 Match purchase orders with invoices \xc2\xb7 Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management \xc2\xb7 Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts \xc2\xb7 Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances \xc2\xb7 Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets \xc2\xb7 Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes \xc2\xb7 Five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping , computer operation and MIS reporting \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
