Job Description


Seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Enterprise Sales to join our founding team in the B2C e-commerce/Social commerce industry. With a minimum of 8 - 12 years (Max) of hands-on experience in GTM and the ability to build sales and revenue teams from the ground up.

Role :

1. Drive revenue, GTM, and strategic partnerships to enhance our engagement ecosystem.

2. Comfortable taking a hands-on approach and independently driving initiatives, as all great leaders are also strong individual contributors.

3. Become the go-to thought leader for sales and revenue matters within the organization, unafraid to pursue ambitious goals and uncharted paths.

4. Recruit, hire, and lead the sales and revenue team, as well as manage related vendors.

5. Contribute to fostering a great work environment, promoting camaraderie, team spirit, and fun.

Am I the Right Fit?

1. Experience: 8-12 years only.

2. Hustler with a startup mindset, driven by 100X growth.

3. Exposure to end sales for the USA and other international markets is essential.

5. SaaS/software product sales experience with knowledge of the entire sales process, from lead generation to customer success. Industry experience in B2C/C2C e-commerce and consumer tech.
