We are looking for determined and dedicated experienced Lead BIM Engineers, Sr. BIM Engineers to ensure that our customers receive the best-in-class BIM consultancy for their projects, ranging from conceptual design to detailed design.

How you might spend your days

As a Senior BIM Arc, you\'ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team were, you\'ll be:

  • playing a crucial role in developing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and workflows for pharmaceutical facility projects.
  • using your expertise in BIM technologies and architectural design to contribute towards the successful execution of projects while ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural design projects in the pharmaceutical facility sector.
  • Collaborate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and designers, to integrate BIM technologies into the design and construction process.
  • Create and maintain BIM models, ensuring accurate representation of architectural elements, systems, and components.
  • Manage and oversee the development, coordination, and quality control of BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to BIM and architectural design.
  • Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts in the BIM model to improve coordination and reduce errors during construction.
  • Collaborate with the project team to extract relevant data from BIM models for construction documentation, quantity takeoffs, and scheduling purposes.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in BIM technologies, processes, and software applications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in BIM technologies and industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
  • Develop Parametric Revit Contents based on LOD parameters.
  • Able to prioritize between different types of tasks.
  • Supporting the development of our BIM Design by maintaining the standardization and quality of deliverable.
  • Contributing towards the modeling of complex design either at an individual level or by leading teams of engineers.

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
  • You have at least 6 years of experience working as a BIM Architect, preferably in the pharmaceutical facility design engineering sector.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Knowledge of architectural design principles, construction systems, and building codes (DK advantage).
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and guidelines, such as Cobie, IFC, and ISO 19650 added advantage.
  • Ability to create and manage complex BIM models, including parametric families and custom content creation.
  • Experience in clash detection, coordination, and collaboration using BIM tools.
