Job Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Requirements

Conducts all production tasks in technical models and deliverables to match requirements stated in the BIM Execution plan.

Responsibilities

Clearly analysis of client requirement and input received. Taken the ownership the work carried by the self/next level subordinate.
Precisely verifying the deliverables in all respects.
Produces clash and design issue reports.
Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan.
Trains team staff when necessary.
Document control support
Coordinate with client if required.
Understanding / applying the BIM process / Client expectation / methodology throughout the project.

Education /Experience

B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/MTech or foreign equivalent in Architectural /Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university.
Prefer with 5+years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre\xe2\x80\x90construction through hand off phase of commercial construction.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD\xc2\xae, Revit Architecture.
Good knowledge of Navisworks, Sketch up.
Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
