Skills Knowledge & Posting Location INTERIOR SITES BILLING PLANNING CLIENT BILLING PROJECT CONTROL PROJECT ESTIMATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Minimum Qualification B.TECH/BE (Interiors)
  • Monthly preparation and Tracking of R.A Bill status.
  • Experience in Checklist documentation,
  • Abstract preparation, JMR preparations, MB Certification, Reconciliation of quantity certified client, Keeping track of unbuild/ hold quantity
  • Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly.
  • Project monitoring physical and financial progress for all projects daily.
  • Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statements of all projects.
  • Preparing Cashflows.
  • Preparation of Earn value management statements (EVM) cost variance and schedule variance.
  • Rate analysis of major BOQ items.
  • Reconciliation statements of all major materials of the projects monthly by using Build Smart .
  • Quantity Estimation.
  • Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly.
  • Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements of all projects.
  • Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly.
  • Direct & Indirect cost analysis of major BOQ items (Actual cost VS Selling cost)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb928,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
