Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bidder and Business Development expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the bidding process for projects on Upwork, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Managing Upwork profiles, They will work closely with our technical and project management teams to ensure that we are delivering the best solutions to our clients. Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write effective proposals and pitch documents Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Experience working in the technology industry is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet aggressive goals and pre-determined timelines
