• Design & Develop intuitive BI Solutions using Tableau to efficiently generate/display

business insights to facilitate decision making.

• Follow Agile approach with various work streams during design, development and signoffs

from stakeholders to roll out reimagined reporting solutions across the org.

• Partner to explore new/existing BI technologies, which can drive standardized and

institutionalize practices across business groups for Right tool adoption

• Communicate effectively with business to understand requirements, anticipate business

needs more accurately and suggest best solution approaches for their requirements.

• Effective interaction with internal technical teams (data, analyst, QA etc.) to provide them

exact inputs for building data models per Dashboard requirements.

• Strong ability to research and find technical solutions via technical community

collaboration.

• Showcase thought leadership, look for ways to integrate better business solutions

• Independently mine data using SQL/Big Query to translate Business data needs into

creative visualizations.

• Independently resolve queries / business questions from Solution Managers and contribute

during product team/scrum discussions

• Work alongside of peers and inculcate best practices (data prep tools, connected data

approaches, data cataloguing etc. which can elevate the team\xe2\x80\x99s ability to tackle business and technical challenges

• Exploring ideas to develop and implement standard processes, tools/solutions to ensure

best practices are followed in the deliverables

• Manage time across multiple reports / projects and ensure timely delivery while

maintaining accuracy.

• Maintain & Record process documentation in Alation for projects.

Must - have technical skills and experience

• Hands on experience and proficiency in designing and developing BI solutions using

Tableau.

• Expertise to perform performance tuning standards on tableau

• Basic/Intermediate level ability to work on ETL tools (Google data prep, Etc.)

• Intermediate to Advanced SQL knowledge (Expertise in building/troubleshooting queries)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Problem solving, Logical thinking & data analysis skills

• Intermediate/Advanced level ability to work on Excel

• 5+ years of relevant experience Visualization, Reporting & Analysis domain

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / B.E. / M.Sc. IT

Good to have skills

• Knowledge of Alteryx / Looker / Google Dataprep / BigQuery / PowerBI / Python / R

• Tableau Server, TCRM knowledge

• Business Intelligence Architecture experience

• Understanding of CPG industry

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree/MBA/PGDBA

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 9100,000.00 per year Schedule:
