• Managing the recruitment life cycle across different functions, skills, levels, Experience, Qualifications, locations and industries.
• Screening , shortlisting , evaluating profiles as per requirements from various sources like Portals, Database, Networking, References, headhunting, etc.
• Ensuring meeting of targets defined for each individual.
• Handle complete recruitment and candidates onboarding process.

Experience & Skill required:

• Expertise in BFSI Recruitment
• candidate from BFSI/Financial Services shall be preferred who can manage to interview at-least 15-20 candidates daily with a zeal to excel
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition sites like Naukri.com, Linkedin, etc.
