Business Development Manager (Female Only) Job description We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development team with previous experience in MEP Services/ Construction/ Project sales and/or business development. As a Business Development Manager within our sales team, your main role will be to identify and win clients in India and abroad with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure. Responsibilities and Duties: Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team. Give prompt responses on crucial issues and suggest solutions Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines. Build effective client relationships. Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Work closely with the Senior Management to setup Business Development function from scratch and deliver on business targets consistently Understand the company business thoroughly who we are, what we are offering, who are our potential clients, how do we differentiate ourselves from others, changes in the company as we evolve etc. Figure out various sources and setup processes to generate potential leads in bulk on a continuous basis Segment potential leads, develop customized outreach and follow-up strategy for each segment and execute it to maximize their conversion into clients Develop presentations and customized pitch for different clients and drive client meetings Develop and sustain solid relationships with potential clients Develop Company Sales policies and procedures collaboratively with the Senior Management and adhere to them Location - Gurgaon (Work from Office) Working Days \xe2\x80\x93 5.5 Day\xe2\x80\x99s (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) UNIT No: 604, 6th Floor, Veritas Tower, Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 5 Sector 53 Gurgaon, Haryana122003 Thanks & Regards HR Arpita +91-XXXXXXXXXX Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,086.00 - 923,590.93 per month Schedule:
