Designation: Manager - MEP Services
Job Responsibilities :
a. Must have independently Handled complete MEP Services for an upscale hotel
b. Sound Knowledge of planning and design in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) practice
c. Knowledge of HVAC / Electrical (HT / LT) / Plumbing / Drainage / Fire alarm / Energy Management
d. Knowledge of applicable standards, inspection procedure for MEP
e. Planning, reviewing drawing, specification, cost & Site execution for all MEP services from start to end
f. Ability to network, discuss with MEP consultants
g. Capable to Negotiate with Vendors / Contractors and Leading The MEP Team
h. Proficiency in AutoCAD
