2) MBA in Marketing from a reputed & recognized university/Institute
Experience
8 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in building material industry
Technical
Skill 1) In-depth knowledge of the business product as well as the strategic, analytical and marketing concepts
2) Knowledge of plumbing concepts
3) Ability to identify market opportunities, gaps, customer requirements, competitor actions etc. and formulate & strategic action plans
4) Expertise in developing technical proposals
5) Strong networking with Architects & related professional forums/bodies

Purpose
Responsible for the maximization of business penetration and profitable growth of defined segment through lead generation and building new strategic partnerships.

Supporting Activities
Business Development

1) Generating new leads and business development for the segment pertaining to villas & bungalows
2) Develop the opportunities by visiting the sites and giving the product presentation to the architects and delivering client-focused solutions.
3) Support the preparation of technical & commercial proposal along with handling contract related formalities.
4) Manage a database of leads, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
Market Intelligence

1) Conducting market research, keep note of features, parameters required in the product, estimating business potential in particular area
2) Conducting competitor analysis & monitoring competitors activities and devise effective counter measures
Clientele development

1) Identifying new customer/clientele opportunities i.e., architects and further to build and strengthen relationships
2) Representing the Organisation on the external forums/bodies especially Architects. Brand positioning
1) Strategies the positioning of the brand amongst the key architects.
2) Executing the architect connect programme and monitoring its effectiveness.
