Job Description

Eram Engineering is a leading global provider of engineering solutions and technical consulting services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Batch Plant Inspector with CBT (Computer Based Testing) experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of batch plant operations, as well as conducting inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and audits of batch plant operations to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct tests and analysis of raw materials, mixtures, and finished products to ensure quality control
• Monitor and document any deviations or non-conformities and develop corrective action plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Train and mentor junior batch plant inspectors on procedures and standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in batch plant technology

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field
• Certification in CBT batch plant inspector is a must
• Certification in ACI - Concrete Testing Technician Grade 1 is also required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in batch plant operations and inspection
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, ACI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and report generation (e.g., MS Excel, CBT software)
• Must be able to travel to various job sites as needed
