Job Description

1. To check & maintain daily, weekly, fifteen days, & monthly record of chemical & Microbiological. 2. Discuss with management regarding manpower and his/her working efficiency. 3. Round with auditor during audit. 4. Follow-up for testing and troubleshooting during testing. 5. Discussion with QA, Production, Maintenance, Warehouse person during any problem faced during working 6. To check and sign batch calculation sheet with supporting formats. 7. Release batches of Raw and Packing material. 8. Approved, Calibration (Weekly, Monthly) label check and sign. 9. Daily, weekly monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly calibration record, Label checked, sign & follow-up to label pest on calibrated Instrument/equipment. 10. COA for sample and despatch check and sign. 11. Returned material status check and sampling as per QA instruction, and after analysis report submit to QA. 12. If complaint received from customer then investigate in QC with control sample 13. Stability chamber / Incubator temp. & RH data log, print, checked and sign. 14. Verify the FP/RM/PM/Water/trail & any result. 15. Customer sample testing and reporting. 16. Internal reports & as per documentation Raw material report checked and sign 17. Take the approval form director to purchase any chemicals / glassware etc. 18. Absence of QC and R&D Manager, Sr. QC Manager will be release the batches and its related documents and rest documents sign by Asst. QC Manager. 19. In absence of QC and R&D Manager, Sr. QC Manager will sign and release by Asst. QC Manager 20. Any work assign by directors 21. Reporting to Director. Joint Responsibility: 1. Purchasing culture, equipment and instrument related to Quality Control. 2. Plant Round & QC round and if and discrepancies observed then discuss with relevant person and reporting to Director. 3. Preparation of samples related to customer and maintain sample stock. 4. Raw Material result observation & compare with previous consignment and comments. 5. Finished Product result observation & compare with raw material result and comments. 6. Comparison Reports sent to Management and maintain file. 7. Calibration done from outside calibration agency as per the calibration schedule. 8. Equipment maintenance and AMC of equipment. 9. Check and rectify the problems during process. 10. Sr. QC Manager will responsible to handle responsibilities of QC and R&D Manager. 11. Any work assigned by director. 12. Reporting to Director. Education B. SC, M. SC, B. Farm, M. Farm
