Job Description
: Overall Monitoring and control of all Administrative activities for smooth operation of the Plant.Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor, Plan and coordinate day to day administrative activities for smooth operation of Production, Stores, Maintenance and Logistics, etc.
- Maintaining various systems relating to Men, Machines & Material to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Employee Engagement, Welfare, Grievance Handling, Counseling and dispute management
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities, Security and Safety.
- Verification of various bills, payments and monitor costs and expenses.
- Coordination with various departments and Head Office to ensure smooth operation of the Plant.
- Liaison with Statutory Authorities for day to day operations and seeking various permissions and Licenses, if required.
- Statutory Compliances under various Acts and Labour Laws viz. Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Representing the Company in Legal Proceedings through Lawyers
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 8-12 years relevant experience in a Manufacturing Company.
- Excellent communication and Organisational Skills
- Disciplined, Multi-tasking, Self-Initiative and Leadership
