Job Description
Senior Manager Product Development
- Responsible to manage development of new products: identifying new product opportunities in domestic market and launching new products complying with the regulatory guidelines
- Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge and awareness of the investment industry, intermediary channel forces, competition, and trends that may impact companies MF success in the market along with the Head of Product
- Supporting Sales by developing presentations, sales pitch, research and commentary about the funds, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and index construction methodology
- Preparing dashboards/Presentations for Sales team on MF Products and MF industry trends
- Provide in depth competitive product analysis and proactively identifying the opportunities in both, debt and equity to position/launch products to suit the customer needs
- Responsible for all domestic and international Due Diligence reports and marketing collaterals and conducting product performance benchmarking
- Defining Product learning modules for sales and other teams
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
- Presenting findings to investment committees, client portfolio managers, due diligence analysts, and financial advisors via face-to-face meetings or conference calls
