As a Banquet Manager, you\'ll be an integral part of our team, orchestrating seamless events and ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Oversee all aspects of banquet events, from planning to execution, ensuring flawless coordination and adherence to timelines.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and preferences to customize event experiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality and presentation, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage banquet inventory, including equipment, supplies, and amenities, to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Budget Control: Assist in developing and managing banquet budgets, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures, during all banquet operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of banquet operations are executed to perfection.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by event schedules and business demands.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with banquet operations, including food and beverage service, event setup, and audiovisual equipment, preferred.
