About us
Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, the newest hotel in the Zirakpur city featuring 131 fresh and contemporary rooms. The hotel is strategically located on Chandigarh-Ambala highway connecting Chandigarh city to all famous landmarks on Northern belt. The hotel also offers 26000 sq ft of banquet venue which is ideal for hosting large weddings to social, corporate parties or meetings and exhibitions.
Your day to day
-Works with F&B Manager & Banquet Manager in the preparation and management of the Catering Sales/Operations budget. -Supervises the functioning of all banqueting department employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved -Ensures the smooth execution of any Catering event (On & Off premises) as per the desired standards and set benchmarks. -Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. -Assists in the co-ordination and monitoring of all meetings, conference business and social events. What we need from you
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, culinary arts with related 2-3yrs of experience.
