- Establishing & strengthening relationships with Bank branch managers & staff to gain leadsr
- Prospecting & meeting walk-in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysisr
- Increasing the bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieving targeted penetration on cross-selling within the branch's customer base.r
- Creating awareness and motivating bank employee stores to commend life insurance products to bank customers.r
- Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parametersr
- Ensure compliance with internal sales process & other defined sales & service standardsr
