Area Sales Manager - Loan against property (High Ticket Size)- Hiring for a leading NBFC :- Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels and DSA - Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them- Develop and Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region- Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager- Coordinating with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement.- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets.- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets- Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.- Understand competitor\'s products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, and channel partners.
