r - Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
r - Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
r - Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values.
r - Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales.
r - 100 % Lead-Based Inside Sales of Life Insurance.
r - Receiving leads from assigned Bank and source business through Channel Partner.
r - Work on leads given by the bank.

r Candidate Requirements :

r - Experience: 3 Years in Sales and Marketing and 1+ years in the insurance sector
r - Good Communication skills
r - Leadership Skills
r - Good presentation skills
r - Age: 20 to 38 years
r - Education: Any Graduation
r - Channel: Banca/Bancassurance
