DataLabs is looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to spearhead our foray into autonomous and intelligent data products that solve the full gamut of business and analytical needs. This role involves working with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division to understand contemporary business needs, lead analytical teams to make impactful and actionable offers, and work with Engineering groups to lead tech delivery of large product builds. What You\'ll Do: Lead technical initiatives and guide developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create robust, cloud native, resilient, and highly scalable solutions in data management and security domains Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community, and from time to time, be asked to code or evaluate code Has a strong engineering and technology background with the ability to learn quickly and go deep into our product and engineering solutions Promote a culture of engineering excellence and being well-managed, using opportunities to reuse and inner source solutions where possible. Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions Be the guiding force for stakeholders in design and architecture discussions, helping the engineering teams make key technology choices, and staying associated with the use case through its development lifecycle Collaborate with architects and product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for our customers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree For Lead SE : At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience doesnot apply) (or) For Sr. Lead SE : At least 8 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experiencedoes not apply) At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) Preferred Qualifications: Master\'s Degree 7+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in at least one of the following technologies: Java, Python, GoLang, Lua, Nginx, Rust, or C++ 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes 2+ years of experience in open source frameworks 2+ years of experience in Big Data, Data Security, Governance and Controls 2+ years of experience in Agile practices 2+ years of experience building Multi-cloud COTS products 2+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience No agencies please.
