Job Title: B2B Sales Manager - FMG Crop Science Products : As a B2B Sales Manager in FMG Crop Science Company specializing in pesticide and crop chemicals, your primary responsibility is to lead the sales efforts targeting business-to-business (B2B) clients in the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the success of our products in the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration within the B2B agricultural sector. 2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, including large farms, agricultural cooperatives, distributors, and other industry partners. 3. New Business Development: Identify and prospect new B2B clients and partnerships. Explore opportunities for expansion into new geographic regions or market segments. 4. Product Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our pesticide and crop chemical products, their applications, and benefits. Provide technical knowledge and support to clients. 5. Sales Team Leadership: If applicable, lead a team of B2B sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets. 6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients. Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company\'s goals. 7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities. 8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of B2B sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts. Generate regular reports to assess performance and guide decision-making. 9. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in agriculture, business, or related field; a master\'s degree or additional certifications is a plus. - Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the agricultural or agribusiness sector. - Strong knowledge of crop science, pesticides, and crop chemicals. - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. - Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team (if applicable). - Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
