Job Title Azure CCoE India Lead Role Summary & Role Description Who we are looking for - A key member Azure CCoE team under our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) you will be responsible to drive design and implementation of best-in-class Azure infrastructure to support State Street\'s security, governance, and workload requirements. We are looking for an engineering focused and experienced Azure Leader with strong grounding on Azure cloud concepts, principles, Infrastructure as Code/Terraform and is able design and implement robust and automated solutions. This leader is also expected to lead a team of 30+ talented Senior and Junior Engineers. What you will be responsible for As an Azure CCoE India Lead you will Design & Architect robust, scalable and secure technical solutions on the Azure Cloud Work with other platform architects to define components responsibilities, plan components evolution, and ensure components will meet platform needs. Will be responsible for service enablement on Azure based on use case requirements. Coach & assist Azure Engineers to automate the deployment of resource stacks and associated configurations. Taking delivery responsibilities of the India team. Ensure new hires - experienced or interns are trained, coached and able to deliver Azure Services within quick time frame. Complete team management responsibility along with technical knowledge. What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role. Solid working experience on Azure IAAS for enterprise enablement Automation focused and engineering mind set. Experience with design and development of solutions across on-prem and the cloud for large enterprises Strong understanding of cloud native design patterns and DevOps principles (Infrastructure as Code) Openness and ability to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and passionate about working as a team - both in India, US and other countries. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field 18 years of IT experience in a hands-on role with 8 years of experience designing and supporting Azure environments & 5 years in team management & leadership role. Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure IAAS, PAAS and SAAS solutions along with cloud native design patterns and DevOps principles (Infrastructure as Code). Appropriate certifications are strongly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of core infrastructure concepts as well as data and/or DevOps principles. Strong leadership skills, extremely good communication skills, presentation skills, performance management of the team. Core/Must have skills.
