JPMorgan Chase is seeking to hire an Executive Director to lead Cloud Migration Engineering and Execution in India.We are seeking a solutions oriented, seasoned, and visionary leader to lead the cloud engineering teams in India drive our ambitious cloud migration and modernization agenda across the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) and Commercial Bank (CB). This leader will guide a multi-year journey to modernize and migrate thousands of applications across CIB and CB which are currently hosted in the data center, by building solutions, services and platforms that accelerate the migration. Reporting into the global head of Cloud Migration Engineering and Execution for CIB and CB, you will serve as a senior member of the India leadership team and own the delivery out of India. You\'ll need to bring the best of technical leadership and partnership as the platforms and services build by the India team is core for the overall migration of thousands of applications across CIB and CB. Job responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure - Partner with central teams to build cloud infrastructure platforms and services Solutions Architecture and Engineering - Work with the application teams to created targeted cloud migration pathways and solutions Database Engineering - Drive the Database modernization and migration to cloud native database solutions Developer Experience - Ensure optimal developer experience in cloud for 15000+ engineers across CIB and CB. Scale the India team by hiring strong engineering talent Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Seasoned Technology leader with 10-20 years of work experience with a proven track record in successfully managing scaled platforms teams and initiatives to deliver tangible results in large enterprises. Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP is a must. Demonstrated ability to lead and partner cross functionally Critical thinker and consultative problem solver with a strong bias towards action. Healthy balance of intellectual curiosity, common sense, and execution rigor. Strong commercial orientation. Customer focused. Ability to operate in a collaborative way, within a multi-disciplined team. Ability to influence & collaborate with stakeholders with diverse points of view and build coalition Demonstrated ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment.
