JOB DESCRIPTION JOB DESCRIPTION [Job Title] AWS UNIX Expert with hand-on exposure on Clusters, scripting. Windows Admin Knowledge is added advantage. [Project Details]: 4 -6 years of AWS-UNIX expert with Administration and configuration exposure. Should be proficient in scripting and should have hand-on exposure in clusters. Ready to work in rotation shift including Night Shift. [Technology and Sub-technology] . AWS . UNIX (Linux, Solaris) . Windows . Scripting [Qualifications] . B-TECH or above [Job Overview]: Resource should have worked in Clustering, MCSA, MCSE with AWS knowledge. Preferred knowledge in Windows Administration, handle Windows Patching, Windows Upgrade Should be proficient in UNIX, able to handle Linux Patching and Upgrade Creating UNIX file systems. Setting up and maintaining UNIX user accounts and access management systems. Should have knowledge in scripting Should have Active Directory and PowerShell scripting knowledge Understanding knowledge on AWS RDS, High Availability, etc. Good Communication skills. Confident in Client facing. Should be ready to work in SHIFTS - 24/5 with ONCALL Location of Work - COB Should be OK to work in rotational shifts including holiday and night shifts Exceptional team work as well as being able to work under own initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work effectively with team members, clients and other areas of the IT environment. Strong written and oral communications. Handle multiple tasks and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong decision making skills and make sound judgment decisions List skills in order of importance . AWS (mandatory) . UNIX (mandatory) . Knowledge in other Cloud technology like Azure, GCP, etc [Knowledge in AWS areas]: Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification preferred. Must be hands on AWS services EC2, Backup, Lambda, CloudWatch, Config, CloudTrail, IAM, KMS etc. Working exposure on AWS RDS Database Understanding of supporting of Enterprise applications such as SAP systems and database on AWS EC2 like (HANA, Db2, Oracle) with cluster management, HA management etc. Implement security policies and controls (e.g. CIS, malware, anti-virus, secret management) using AWS services Strong ability to document standards, methods and produce drawings of systems and applications. Strong Scripting skills with any scripting languages (Python (Lambda), Bash Shell) Administration of Linux / Windows servers Should have experience on Patch Management, Volume Management, Linux IP Tables, Route tables, Kernel management, troubleshooting OS issues, etc., Good knowledge on transport layer security (SSL, TLS etc.) Good Hands-on experience in AWS Core Services like VPC, Direct Connect, Routing, NACLs, Security Groups, Subnetting, EC2, FSx, S3, EBS, Load balancers, ASG, High Availability setup etc Deep Understanding of AWS of IT Infra Architecture, Automations in deployments, SAP Architecture, Integration of On-Prem, Hybrid Infra etc. Participate in Design Discussion, new way of working (Automations, operational management) etc. Exposure to etc Network/Architecture Design tools Good to have knowledge on following skills [Keywords] AWS, UNIX, Linux, Windows AWS UNIX Expert with hand-on exposure on Clusters, scripting.
