Job Description
- Expert knowledge and Implemented Contact Center, Dialer and Open source platforms on premise and cloud (Fvie9, Livevox, AWS Connect)
- Expert knowledge in Call / Screen recording solution like NICE and Verint
- Installed Asterisk based contact center - Vicidial and PBX - FreePBX etc
- Should have knowledge on Linux & Unix
- API Development for Telephony Integration with PHP knowledge
- Design telecom architecture in Cloud and On premise
- Review the existing architecture and recommend on optimizing it.
- Handling any new projects/migration and manage the project to achieve in the required timeline.
- Telecom resource planning and implementation plan without any downtime and ensure that there is 100% uptime.
- Telecom Server/security audit preparations for any external client audits and internal audits.
- Managing the outsource partner and with clear deliverables
- Checking and approving the Daily task tracker, Change Requests and Change Management
- Knowledge of cloud solution like AWS or Azure
- Understand End to End Telecom call flow
Preferably Master\'s Degree or a Bachelor\'s degree in Computers Science or Electronics\' & Telecommunication
Any other technical certification and management related certification would be an added advantage
Minimum 8-12 years relevant experience
Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioral]
Must have the expertise on team management with the technical knowledge related to Telecom and Servers.
Implementation of automated systems and administrative tools to minimize manpower and resources with the best available competing technologies.
Get the team to merge and work with any other department
