Job Title- Global Reporting India Team Location- Pune Role Description Role involves ensuring timely and accurate financial, regulatory and risk reporting, in line with regulatory and statutory requirements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide complete and comprehensive reporting in the financial books and records of the Bank, for the effective management of financial and accounting risk. Your key responsibilities

• Support P&L analytics for global reporting finance team
• Support annual planning and monthly forecasting process
• Extensive analytical support for senior management deliverables like Business Reviews, ExCo Decks, Performance Review Meetings
• Responsibilities will also encompass other recurring as well as ad-hoc project related analysis work
• Maintenance of DbRIA tool for global reporting team and publishing relevant MIS reports for leadership review and decision making
• Lead & drive automation initiative and change projects
• Work in close coordination with Mumbai as well as onshore team
• Establish best practice for collaboration with various CTB functions (including Finance CTB, GTO) to ensure appropriate system environment for risk balance sheet and regulatory reporting topics.
• Period on Period movement analysis for balance sheet products and understanding of the business drivers.
• Support Internal management reporting (regular as well as on request)

Your skills and experience

• CA/MBA in Finance with 10+ years of experience
• Strong financial analysis and management reporting experience
• Very strong analytical skill and ability to think laterally
• Proactive, diligent and able to partner with other teams to resolve issues where necessary
• Be able to work with multiple data sources and having confidence in figures and presentation
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Highly motivated individual who is able to work in tight deadlines and without supervisions
• Strong computer skills. Advanced exposure to Excel and Power-point is preferable
• Flexible mindset to work in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment
