AVP (Business Analyst/ Project Manager)_Deutsche Bank_Goregaon

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for eliciting and managing functional requirements in partnership with business users, architecture and delivery leads, working in an agile and iterative manner to build appropriate solutions.

- Liaises with Product Owners, COO teams, and technical community (architects, developers etc.) for solution identification.

- Works in a collaboration with development teams to prioritise and deliver against requirements in a timely manner.

- Together with Business Analyst manage requirements using Agile framework i.e. user stories, and help drive the agile process forward by participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, QA, etc.

- Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks.

- Supports Product Owner on the prioritization of change requests.

- Provides domain and functional expertise as required to handle payment systems and digital channels\' feature developments. Stays up-to-date on latest developments in the global payments landscape.

- End-to-end ownership of project tasks with minimal supervision not limited to conducting planning and review meeting, minuting and tracking of agreed actions.

Skills & experience:

- Experience in Business Functional Analysis. Exposure to banking /payment systems/ fin-tech is preferred.

- Experience in business analysis and data analytics.

- Experience of working closely with Product Owners in maintaining product backlogs and driving release content via prioritised stories.

- Ability to work in a matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies.

- Experience of agile/ waterfall project management methodologies.

- Versatile with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Office 365. Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

- Good business communication skills, especially writing and presenting to senior management.

- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal/ written) and Intermediate or better knowledge of German (B1 level minimum) is a must.
