Noida Commercial is a leading Channel Partner organisation based in Noida. Company deals in sales and marketing of commercial projects. Currenlty company is in the expansion mode and hiring sales team members at multiple levels. Preference shall be given to candidates having good past track record or having graduated from premier educational institutions. Broad job responsibilities shall be as follows: 1. Doing research on the given geographies and projects. 2. Maintaining relationships with the developers\' RMs. 3. Outbound calls to prospective clients as per leads provided by the company. 4. Running various activities for capturing potential clients. 5. Engaging prospective clients briefing them about real estate projects & products. 6. Convincing the potential clients for site visits. 7. Customer Engagement for the site visits. 8. Transaction closures. BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ENGAGING CLIENTS, SITE VISITS AND DEAL CLOSURES. COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FOR COMMERCIAL PROJECTS. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Day shift
