Position: AVP - Sales - Channel Partner Management

Reports to: VP - Sales

Qualification & Experience

1. MBA from reputed Business School

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills; good at using PowerPoint / excel for basic analytics

3. 15+ years of FMCG experience,

Responsibilities:

1. To strategies business dynamically for the increase of market share on sustainable basis.

2. Design and implement a Joint Business Plan for all CPs along with ZVP for sustainable growths

3. To motivate & direct Sales-Business development team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP)

4. To periodically check the health of CPs thru various models like ROI and provide inputs to sales team

5. Design workable models to support CP profitability

6. To Periodically check the Infrastructure of CPs Finance, Godown space, vehicles, Manpower under CP payroll

7. To work closely with HO Finance, legal & sales team on the CP Financing model thru various financial institutions like Mintify, ICICI bank, SBI etc

8. To help stabilise the CPSM model wherein CP employs his own salesman

9. Design training & reward / recognition model for all CPs / CPSM Town class wise

10. Work closely with Analytics & IT team to analyse all relevant CP sales and distribution data and provide management inputs periodically to VP sales and senior management

11. Conduct periodically & travel extensively for Channel Partner meetings to build capability confidence and motivate for higher business growths.
