The Opportunity:

This role reports functionally to the Regional Head of Managed Solutions, Asia Pacific and will focus on supporting the Asia Managed solutions team on product management and controls as well as data analytics.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Responsibilities:

• Support daily BAU activities for the managed solutions teams in HK and SG particularly on funds offering across Private Bank and Retail Wealth businesses during HK / SG trading hours
• Prepare, review and maintain product documentation including Product Key Terms, External Email Templates, POS cue card
• Prepare internal and external marketing documentation including pitch books, performance factsheet, local fund due diligence
• Prepare sales report and business update to internal stakeholders as well as filings to regulators
• Maintain product inventory list including funds/ mandate system set ups and desk procedure manuals
• Update trade database on a daily basis and prepare periodic and ad hoc business performance reports
• Conduct ongoing Product Risk Rating review and local funds due diligence
• Conduct data analytics to support business and product developments on an adhoc basis.

Targets & Measures:

• Prepare product documentation and reports accurately and effectively
• Maintain libraries of product inventory, documentation and trade database in a systematic and organised manner
• Maintain clear audit trail on business updates and regulatory filings
• Produce data analytics that are fit for purpose of the team and stakeholders
• Nil evidence of breaches towards the bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies & regulations like Data Protection and Privacy, Anti Money Laundering, Information Risk policy and Regulatory requirements, process specific regulations. Abide by Group Compliance policy
• Clarity and proactive mode of communication and on time completion of deliverables

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (M)
• Masters Degree in Finance or Business Administration. Certifications like CFA, FRM, etc. (D)
• Adequate knowledge of Funds products (M)
• Strong writing and presentation skills with attention to details and diligence (M)
• Strong organizational and time management skills (M)
• Adept with MS Excel and PowerPoint (M)
• Effective with stakeholder management and communications, able to work with teams across locations (M)

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Critical to be able to collaborate as part of the broader Global and Regional Managed solutions team
• Ability to act as subject matter expert and communicate with stakeholders effectively
