We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - Resourcing Onboarding-GSC's

Our Global Service Centers are an integral part of Global Operations. Employees based here manage day-to-day customer transactions and processes for global businesses. This may include transactions for any of our line of businesses such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Private Banking or Global Banking & Markets.

Employees in the Global Service Centers help run & change the way we work. This includes running our customer operations for businesses, identification & management of risk, analyze & report data, implement & manage change, deliver technology solutions, besides providing professional services to the bank such as procurement and real estate management.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned leadership hiring recruiter with full cycle recruitment experience, who will attract & hire the best talent for the organization. This role will predominately manage hiring for VPs and above roles in the organization & full time recruitment delivery role and will support key stakeholders across our line of businesses.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current & future hiring needs
  • Talent Mapping for Sr hires & roles
  • Network & build relationship with both internal & external stakeholders. thereby ensuring that we act as trusted talent advisor for our hiring managers, employees & key stakeholders
  • Develop and update job descriptions, in conjunction with the hiring manager
  • Prepare & implement sourcing strategy
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment - collate data and present market intelligence where applicable
  • Assess applicant's relevant domain knowledge, soft skills, competencies, overall experience & aptitude
  • Qualify candidates through the HR interview process, negotiate compensation & benefits, make recommendation to hiring managers and close on candidate offer
  • Screen candidate applications & conduct structured interviews by adhering to recruiting & selection guidelines
  • Manage pre & post offer formalities for all selected candidates
  • Adhere to recruitment SLA's; ensuring delivery within timelines; monitor cost per hire and overall spend
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the entire selection process - provide world class candidate experience
  • Monitor, manage & report risk. Ensure HR compliance & internal controls are adhered to
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to extended HR teams & business stakeholders
  • Implement best practices for recruitment, look at opportunities to improve processes and use technology to provide a faster & simpler hiring experience
Requirements
  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR or relevant field
  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition function is mandatory
  • Experience in entire recruitment lifecycle for a Banking / Consulting / Financial captives is essential
  • Prior experience managing executive/ leadership recruitment is mandatory
  • Ability to conduct interviews with hands on experience on structured & competency based selection processes
  • Must have experience of sourcing from various channels
  • Familiarity with HR applicant tracking system/ recruiting software
  • Should have used technology to market requirements on social platforms
  • Data & target driven
  • Excellent communication, people & decision making skills
  • Must have managed senior stakeholders in current / previous roles
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, proactive approach to problem solving and is able to conduct oneself with high integrity - even when there are strict timelines to adhered to
