Leadership opportunity with one of country\'s largest Automobile OEM Opportunity to work in the Industrial Design domain with a global OEM giant Candidate will have to lead the execution of design & development of Motorcycles/EV/Color/Graphics projects Responsible for ensuring Project Delivery within th stipulated cost, time and quality parameters Ensure proper DNA carryover during model change, distinct character development and abreast with latest industry trends Maintaining design standards during the projects and ensuring concept and final sketch development Hands on understanding of the fundamentals of automotive designing and strong knowledge of designing tools, softwares and platforms The Successful Applicant Bachelors or Masters in Automotive/Transportation Design will be ideally preferable Candidates with significant exposure to automotive designing and styling projects Candidates with diversified design projects portfolio across automotive industry will be desirable Candidates with ideally 8+ years of industrial designing experience will be mandatory Good Sketching & Visualisation skills, Project management and Team leading experience is preferred What\'s on Offer Great work life balance Opportunity to pursue a career in industrial designing with one of the largest Auto OEMs
