As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our clients. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4 to 6 years of experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Experience with financial reporting and analysis Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards Collaborate with external auditors and assist with audits as required Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures Monitor and forecast cash flow and manage the company\'s budget Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and trends Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Schedule:
