About Us -Founded in 2017 by IIT Delhi alumni, Attentive is a B2B vertical SaaS company serving the outdoor services industry in the United States. We are building an end-to-end SaaS platform with a deep-tech core that analyses geospatial imagery, enabling us to provide a suite of software solutions for our clientele.

Position Description: Attentive.ai is looking for a full time Chief of Staff to be the force-multiplier to the Founder\'s office. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats with ease as responsibilities may change depending on the needs of the company, and shall typically encompass driving key Founder\'s office initiatives, overseeing operations, and spearheading special projects where the CoS will be expected to drive end-to-end execution to achieve the required outcomes. The candidate will get a 360-degree view of a fast-growing startup and will be able to contribute holistically to projects across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end strategic business initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads

- Develop and present monthly MIS and key company growth metrics to board of directors; Drive key analytics for Founder\'s office decision making

- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning

- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years\' experience in a management consulting OR 3-5 years\' experience in a business startup role with significant ownership

- Experience in B2B SaaS is a big plus

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

- Strong bias for action

- Committed to working in a fast pace, action-oriented environment

- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
