Job Details JOB Position: - EMC Design Engineer Experience: - 3 to 5 Years Qualification Required: B.E. (EC/IC) Knowledge and Skills: Possesses the good problem-solving skills. Have good communication and presentation skills due to global work environment, and interest in working with other cultures. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take responsibility/ownership of tasks. Responsibilities: Documenting and change management processes for new product development. Understanding of HVAC will be added benefits. Create design related documentation based on standardized design rule and process. Define EMC requirements for circuit design, PCBA, EBOX and EMC validation strategy. Define EMC requirement specification for each PCB layout and Harness path based on EMC master document. Support circuit module owner and layout PR on defining EMC design and countermeasure for the circuit and PCB artwork design. Implementation of EMC simulation during design phase to optimize filtering circuitry. Construction and management of simulation tools Modeling the PCBA, Comp, fan, and harness to be used Preparation of noise filter specifications and component models EMC advisor for circuit module and PCBA layout. FB for EMC measures and design in actual machine test Participation of External EMC Committee Clarification of noise generation mechanism and visualization of countermeasures Create a standard test for EMC countermeasures and build a system so that parts can be selected, and countermeasures can be taken without performing actual machine evaluation.
