We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our retail stores and fill in for the Store Managerwhen needed. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assistant Manager responsibilities monitoring inventory and ordering merchandise based on demand. You will also research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure our store meets and exceeds client expectations. Our ideal candidate will have retail manager skills with a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you\xe2\x80\x99ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees and customers. Ultimately, the duties of the Assistant Manager are to make sure our stores operate effectively, and that we keep our customers happy. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers \xc2\xb7 Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders) \xc2\xb7 Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives \xc2\xb7 Monitor and maintain store inventory \xc2\xb7 Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs \xc2\xb7 Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best \xc2\xb7 Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates \xc2\xb7 Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources \xc2\xb7 Suggest sales training programs and techniques \xc2\xb7 Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs \xc2\xb7 Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning \xc2\xb7 Handle complaints from customers \xc2\xb7 Research emerging products and use information to update the store\xe2\x80\x99s merchandise \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable \xc2\xb7 Make sure all employees adhere to company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines \xc2\xb7 Act as our store\xe2\x80\x99s representative and set an example for our staff Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position \xc2\xb7 Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with customer service principles \xc2\xb7 Leadership and organizational abilities \xc2\xb7 Interpersonal and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving attitude \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work in shifts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
