Job Description
- Location: Mumbai
- Growth and opportunity Analysis to set targets in terms of number and revenue for each unit of network and respective geographic area
- Ability to develop Secondary and primary sales as per requirements and to enhance share of voice, heart, and tangible market share
- Different price points and innovative sales promo campaigns to be developed for extracting extra efforts by the network
- Organizing network meets and get-together to train and stimulate extra sales efforts.
- Relevant connects across all large national & regional retail partners
- Experience in handling multiple customers, distributors & sales executives, sales promoter
- A hands on person, willing to work on the ground.
- Good regional & territory knowledge all over
- Good Analytical Skills
- Experience of working with sales software & ERP systems
- Willing to travel 8-10 days a month
Other key skills: FMCG Marketing, Retail sales, distributor sales, retail channel sales. Desired Education: MBA/PGDM in Sale & Marketing or in any specialization.
Any Degree in the relevant field. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9600,000.00 - 9900,000.00 per year Benefits:
