Role & Responsibilities:

Liaise with detailing department and production shop floor to prepare daily production plan by prioritizing steel orders on hand as per Project requirement.
Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, and site engineers to plan the prompt delivery of reinforcing steel to construction sites.
Check and maintain ideal stock levels to ensure timely availability of raw materials for production.
Optimize the cutting of steel for maximal material usage and reduced wastage (offcuts/scrap).
Check and record daily production report and prepare monthly/yearly reconciliation reports and present it to top management to discuss further improvement plans to increase productivity and profitability.
