Hykon India is a group of companies engaged in the marketing and manufacturing of Power Electronics Products like UPS, Inverters and Servo Stabilizers, Solar Street lights, Solar Power Plants (off grid), for the past 30yrs. We have our brand presence in all over India, especially in South India. Also we are into Agri related e-power tools which includes Hykon Brush Cutters which are well designed & powerful system that has a variety of arbitrary switching modes & variety of tools to deal with weeds. It\xe2\x80\x99s easy to use system and is powered by Lithium ion batteries that longer life. We are looking for young, energetic, and passionate candidates for the post of Executive / Asst. Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & Marketing (E-power tools). Roles & Responsibilities

• Grow revenue on existing accounts
• Sales & Marketing of E-Power tools
• Increase number of active customers
• Define and implement strategies for fast growth
• Regularly meet with customers to understand needs and drive actions
• Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach understanding competition
• Leverage distribution channels to maximize number of opportunities
• Prepare and display presentations to customers and Power Integrations Management
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecast for the territory and key accounts
• This is a customer facing role, regular travel is a requirement

Requirement:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Engineering or Business
• 3+ years in a similar role in Sales of technical products preferably E-power tools
• Interpersonal skills and keen commercial awareness
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Possesses a valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
