Responsible for the activities related to the Production Function which includes the effective planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling of the Production team to provide the timely completion of the Machine Orders and delivering to the Customers in co-ordination with all the departments and also responsible to deliver the Customer Orders for the Spares & Consumables.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality and profitability for

the organization * Plan & schedule the activities of Fabrication & Assembly processes and superviseemployees assign duties, order materials and consumables, minimize waste, provideleadership, inspect carried work and ensure a safe workplace

• Involvement in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production

(control and supervision) stage * Plan and draw up a production schedule on daily basis, as per demand from Sales

• Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality,

timely delivery * Work with department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level
Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensurecontinuous operations * Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution

• Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to the Management
• Assist Sales unit in coordinating and planning customer orders and deliveries.
• Identify delivery exception and provide alternative solutions
• Generate reports on production shortages and sales impact to the management for

analysis

• Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing, and production

control systems * Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meets customerspecifications

• Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to meet production

schedule * Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed always work with the floor
managers to implement the company's policies and goals * Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports to the management
Review worker performance and identify training needs.Background & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate (BE / BTECH - Mech / Elect / Mechatronics)
• 8 to 12 years of experience in the Machines / SPM Manufacturing Company
• Able to demonstrate Strong Teamwork
• Hands on Experience in similar Machines / SPM Manufacturing Industry

General Skills / Qualifications: * MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others and have a positive attitude
• Must be a creative thinker, results oriented, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy
