Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Monitoring of Field failures related to aggregates. Responsible for field data analysis, inferring actionable points & reducing warranty failures. Analysis of field complaints & providing solution as fast as possible Coordinating with Customer care team for effective and immediate customer Complaint resolution.
