Job Title: Assistant Manager - COE Warehousing

Reports To: Centre of Excellence Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Deliver

Location: Mumbai HO

Job Purpose: To lead Warehousing Excellence for Deliver Function of HUL

Dimensions of this role:

• Region: PAN India (FMCG & ICD business)
• Internal Stakeholders: HUL SC Operations team & IT team
• External Stakeholders: Warehouse CFA teams

• Part of Center of Excellence team for deliver function in HUL. Leading Warehousing excellence.
• Lead transformational projects in warehousing in coordination with business and IT after closing on the business need for implementation and benefits in process improvement.
• Cascade/training warehouse manpower and 3P support team in case of change in existing process or new project implementation.
• Ensure timely resolution by IT support (Accenture, Capgemini) of incidents/requests raised by business so that warehouse operations are not impacted.
• Maintain process controls across depots to ensure WOW as per SOP. Supporting internal and external audits as well.
• Renew CCN (Contract Change Note) & releasing POs to the third party for their support services in day-to-day operations. Involves FTE estimation, Scope of work finalization, manpower management as well.

• Expertise in SAP WM module
• Good knowledge of warehousing operations
• Drive improvement to the solution on a continuous basis to achieve excellence
• Good communication skills
• Analytical ability
• People management to handle LSP/staff
• Project Lifecycle Management (Design, UAT, Go-live, PGLS)
