We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Professor for the Department of Commerce at JKKN College of Arts and Science. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to teaching and be able to inspire students to achieve their full potential. Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of commerce and related subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a strong research program in the field of commerce.
• Mentoring and advising students on academic and career related matters.
• Participating in college committees and events to contribute to the overall functioning and development of the college.
• Engaging in scholarly activities to maintain and enhance the reputation of the college.

Qualifications:

• A PhD or equivalent degree in Commerce or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and research at the university level.
• Strong publication record in reputable journals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
