Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Professor to join us as faculty. You will be responsible for developing course content, preparing the curriculum, and gathering reference materials. Besides, you will be providing training and mentoring Assistant Professors. Apart from teaching, you will be responsible for developing positive learning experiences. You will be reviewing students' work and guiding them for research studies. Moreover, you should be able to attend staff meetings and actively take part in learning activities. As a Professor, you should comply with the educational standards and regulations at all times. You should be able to conduct recruitment programs and offer students academic counseling. Planning and allocating assignments/projects to students will also be your responsibility. You should be able to display a calm composure and have a welcoming personality. Responsibilities

• Preparing curriculum, lesson plans, and assignment topics

• Developing course content and gathering reference materials

• Conducting research and publishing it in academic journals

• Delivering guest lectures and presentations

• Participating and speaking at conferences

• Networking with other professionals at workshops and other literary events

• Visiting other colleges and universities as an external resource person or moderator

• Attending faculty meetings

• Encouraging a learning environment in the class

• Providing academic support to Assistant Professors and Trainee Teachers

• Analyzing teaching methods and suggesting improvement measures

• Providing academic counseling to students when needed

• Conducting recruitment programs, campus interviews, and internship facilities for students

• Assigning different assignment/project topics to students

• Supervising and assessing students work

• Adhering to the Government rules and regulations when performing your daily duties

Requirements

• Qualification - MD/DNB in Skin & VD dept.(Dermatology)

• Experience - teaching experience as Associate Professor in the concerned speciality in Medical College. 2 Research Publication during the tenure of Associate Professor

• Having a record of published works is desirable

• Familiarity with state and central educational rules and regulations

• Knowledge of the latest developments in the Education sector

• Excellent academic background
