The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to teaching and be able to inspire students to achieve their full potential. Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of commerce and related subjects. Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining a strong research program in the field of commerce. Mentoring and advising students on academic and career related matters. Participating in college committees and events to contribute to the overall functioning and development of the college. Engaging in scholarly activities to maintain and enhance the reputation of the college. Qualifications: A PhD or equivalent degree in Commerce or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and research at the university level. Strong publication record in reputable journals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with colleagues, students and staff from diverse backgrounds. Eligible fields: the Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce may include Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics and Business Studies. Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
