We have moved to a product-based organization and your colleagues will be a range of developers, business and technical analysts, testers and managers, primarily located in Copenhagen, but also India and Maidenhead. Your will work out of one of our India offices, and the job might require travel of 2-4 weeks/year to Copenhagen and another location in India. Key Responsibilities As the Workday Integration Engineer you will work closely with the project team on the following key tasks: . Design ,develop & maintain integrations to and from Workday . Review business requirements, author technical design documents and produce high quality integrations that are made to best practices . Partner with cross functional teams to streamline and automate data delivery and data management . Collaborate with functional analysts to research, identify causes, validate, and issue resolutions . Assist in and where appropriate review, the estimation, time and cost of a specific solution design . Write, deliver code and participate in code walkthroughs according to the requirements of the functional specifications . Ensuring code is built with significant unit test coverage and robust to fail . Highlight all risks and issues that affect the deliveries . Directing technical aspect of operations related to escalated client accounts or high severity issues as they affect or confront the project or team. . Attending to both business and technical considerations when designing solutions . Demonstrating interest in improving the company\'s technical awareness, depth and use of technology across the business. . Collaborating in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to software development. . Ability to communicate with business and stakeholders on all levels Who we are looking for . A minimum of 2+ years working experience in Workday integrations . WD HR Core knowledge and/or any other area within WD . Experience with working on large scale global teams . Experience building Core Connectors, Web Services, and Workday Studio . Experience with highly available mission critical software applications . Experience building Workday PICOF/PECI integrations . Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements . Manage Workday configuration including incident management processes . Develop deep Workday functionality expertise participate in all phases of system and integration testing, as required . Demonstrate expert ability to Create and maintain complex calculated fields . Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner . Ability to partner with software engineers and testers to identify courses of resolutions . Significant Experience with agile/iterative software development methodologies . Strong methods mindset and experience with development methods and processes . Significant Experience in working with global colleagues and managing offshore and vendor resources . Documented previous experience in HR and Payroll processes . Prior experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or another customer-oriented environment is an advantage Personal profile: .
