To meet the requirements of the business, the candidates will actively participate in the design and development according with Salesforce solutions. IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance Application changes are aligned with the application strategy. Resolve customer service issues and skillfully manage complex customer service problems. Manage customers\' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction. Complete assigned project responsibilities. Your skills and experience Knowledge of financial services Solid knowledge of software engineering, Object Oriented programming, design patterns and software architecture Experience with technical documentation, architectural diagram, components, flows, use cases Multi-disciplinary: person with solid technical knowledge and able to understand complex business processes and workflows Solid experience developing SOAP (JAX-WS) and REST services Proficient in agile delivery methodology Experience with solutions on Salesforce products/platform technologies.
