Open Position - Associate Vice President

Required Experience - 12 to 18 Years

Salary Package - Upto 16 LPA

Must handled 1500+ employees

  • Define HR objectives based on business drivers and ensure the team is always looking for underlying people issues to help solve business challenges.
  • Create and implement corporate policies that support a healthy workplace.
  • Maintain HR practices that adhere to labour laws Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Work together with leads, managers, and staff to resolve all kinds of employee relations difficulties while balancing the interests of all parties.
  • Make sure HR personnel promptly responds to employees requests and complaints.
  • Accountable for all employees successful onboarding. Check the retention and turnover rates for new hires.
  • Lead and support organizational change within the scope of responsibility.
  • Provide role-specific support and expertise for talent management initiatives such as succession, performance management, employee engagement, appraisal programs and communications.
  • Develop robust PMS processes, including conducting evaluation processes on an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly basis to complete processes and drive the outcomes
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll & statutory compliance
  • Monitor the Employee benefits are delivered with high standards Analytical Reporting
  • Identify and show trends in qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health and understand when data can help you make smarter, more informed decisions
  • Review and analyse talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention and experience
  • Track and report weekly MIS and analytics on employee retention, challenges and action plan progress
  • Prepare and monitor the recruitment monitoring dashboard
  • Have advanced understanding on Organization\'s policies and processes and serve as an expert on the same.
  • Contribute to the development of local business plans, ensuring HR strategy is an integral element in the business strategy.
  • Using human capital metrics to anticipate and identify local trends, risks and needs within the business and translate these into strategic and relevant HR deliverables, managing their deployment into the business.
  • Display proficient to advanced Consulting and Coaching Skills for supporting aligned Business Leaders / Business Heads.
  • Drive initiatives on Employee Engagement & Retention.
  • Provide advice to managers on complex/exceptional HR issues and people decisions, managing restructuring programmes with the business and advising on complex disciplinary, grievance and tribunal actions.
  • Build a Succession Plan for critical roles.
  • Support the business in identifying talent needs and talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching and development planning within the business.
  • Coach and counsel managers and leaders.
