Company Profile: We would like to inform you that one of our esteemed clients CA Firm have retained us for their requirement of AssociateValuation(Financial Analysis). Position : AssociateValuation(Financial Analysis). UK Accounting and Australia Accounting also can be considered. Responsibilities Performingvaluationon a range of (illiquid) investments across various industries Preparing and updatingvaluationmodels, detailed memos, and presentations Independently gathering data pertinent to the investments/models Addressing client queries in a clear and concise manner Prioritizing and executing multiple assignments, including ad-hoc projects, within tight deadlines Reviewing work of Junior Analysts Adhering to high-quality standards and industry best practices Skills Required Sound experience invaluationand financial modelling (discounted cash flows, market multiples, market transactions) (4-6 years) Exposure to US/European primary and secondary markets Strong excel modelling and analytical skills High level of attention to detail Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a professional demeanour Advantageous Skills Knowledge of third-party databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Thomson Reuters, etc. Hands-on experience on VBA macros Sector knowledge - Real Estate Contact Person: Daksha Sindhi 9898408648
